The Vestry consider that it is within their province to consider
all Bills brought before Parliament, which may affect the interests
of the ratepayers of this Hamlet.
This really involves the consideration of many bills which, by
their titles, may affect, but which upon consideration are found not
at all or only in a very indirect manner to affect the Hamlet.
