non residents, i.c., of persons resident elsewhere in England and Wales who have died in the District, Deaths of Soldeers and Sailors Occurring in Hospitals and instituions in the District are Excluded from the Total number of
deaths registered in the district and such daths in like manner are excluded from column from Column11.
(b) All deaths occurring in Institutions for sick and infirm Situated within be districct, Whether of residents or of non
residents, are entered in column of Table iv
(c)All deaths certified by regilstered Medical Pratitioners and all inquest cases are classed as " Certified,"
all other deaths are regaree as "Uncerified."
(d) Exclusive of 'Tuberculus Menigitis (10)but inclusive of Cerebro Spinal Menigits.
