in Fulham since 1886, when the district was separated
from Hammersmith:—

82 or 25.6 per cent, of the deaths of infants under
one year of age occurred in the first seven days of
life and 136 or 42.5 per cent, in the first four weeks,
the mortality of infants under the age of four weeks
being 32 per 1,000 births.
