Although there has been a regrettable deterioration of late
years, Fulham compares well with the County of London as
regards vaccination, the percentage of children not finally
accounted for in the metropolis, averaging in the 7 years, 1892
—1898, 25.5 per cent. and reaching the high figure of 33.0 per
cent. in 1898,
