The net increase on the Loan accounts for 1890-91 amounts to£24,1979S4d

The School Board Precept for the year 1890-91 amounts to £16,911 7s Id
This is chargeable on the General Rate, and is equal to a rate of ll½d in the £,
the amount being an increase of £3,305 4s lid on the previous year's precept,
and allowing for an increase in the rateable value of £12,255, as against
the increase last year of £12,798, the Yestry are enabled—in the face of the
enormous increase in the amount of the precept—to only increase the rate
by 2½d in the £ on that of 1889-90
