elected Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year ; and the
Clerk was instructed to write Mr. Birkett to ask him what his probable

he (the Clerk) had forwarded the forms, with the letter from the Local
Government Board to the Clerk to the Guardians, and had this day
been informed by a Guardian that the Form had been re-sealed as
requested. Also that the Local Government Board stated that on
receipt of the two Forms amended, the necessary proceedings would be
taken to issue an Order for obtaining the consent of the Owners and
Ratepayers of the Parish to the Transfer, but that that Board had

same Meeting the Clerk was instructed to write to the Metropolitan
Board of Works requesting them to return the plans of the Town Hall
