Chelsea Station. A summons was issued, when the owner
was fined and the pigs removed.
At 20, Church Street, a notice was served, and the pigs removed.
In concluding this report I must bear testimony to the able
manner in which your inspectors have discharged their duties, in
not one single instance have either of them been absent when wanted
no matter what the hour, and although, owing to no clerk being
attached to this department, they have had to do all the clerical
work, their duties have been done without a murmur.
Finally, I would thank your Vestry and Sanitary Committee
for the courtesy with which I have been invariably treated, and the
assistance I have always received in the discharge of my duties.
