Board of Works for the Fulham District.
AUDITORS' CERTIFICATE.
"We, the undersigned Auditors of the Accounts
of the Board of Works for the Fulham District for
the Financial Tear ending 31st March, 1881, hereby
certify that we have examined the Books of the
Board, and have compared the Vouchers with the
Cheques, and we find the balance at the Bankers-£1411 12 2
to be correct, and allowing for the outstanding drafts,
the balance to be - - - £1058 15 1
We have also examined the Loan account of the
Board, and we find that the Loans amount to - £98,290 6 0
We have also to express our great satisfaction at
the care and accuracy with which the books have
been kept.
We have also to express our opinion that it is desirable
that the Board should endeavour in future to
obtain the appointment of Professional Auditors.
