William Williamson Willink.of the South Sea House.in the City of London,
Esq., Secretary to the Commissioners for carrying into execution an
Act of Parliament made and passed in the Sessions of the 14th and 15th
years of the reign of her present Majesty, Queen Victoria, intituled an Act
to authorize, for a further period, the advance of money out of the consolidated
fund to a limited amount for carrying on Public Works and Fisheries,
and employment of the Poor and the several Acts therein recited,
mentioned, or referred to, and the Acts subsequently passed for amending,
continuing, or extending the same, and which said Commissioners are called
the "Public Works Loan Commissioners."
