Sick Benefit Society Committee. Aldermen Elizabeth Morris, Paice and
Whitehead ; Councillors Anderton, Chessell, Cutts, Hickin, Galvin, Lucas, Morphew,
Priest and Wray ; Arbitrators : The Worshipful The Mayor (Alderman
H. W. Smyth, J.P.) ; Councillors Dyer, Garner and Perry.
The Assessment Committee was appointed by the Council on
December 10th, 1930, for a period of one year, pursuant to Section
18 (h) of the Local Government Act, 1929, and in accordance with
the resolution of the Council on March 5th, 1930 :—
Aldermen Bridger, Elizabeth Morris, Raiment* and Whitehead ; Councillors
Akam, Brockwell, Cook, Cooper, Dyer, Harvey, Lucas, Molony†, Priest, Sargood
and Spradbrow, together with Alderman H. A. Wilmot, the representative
appointed by the London County Council.
