The personnel of the Commission has not been altered this
year, the Vestry, which is the electing body under the Acts,
having re-elected Messrs. Whiteley, Ballantine, and Relph, who
retired by effluxion of time.
The Chief Librarian's Report and the Financial Statements
are submitted herewith.
