Committee shall meet when and as often as they think expedient
to do so. The duties of the Committee shall be to
direct and regulate the mode of distributing the Rents, Profits,
and Dividends of the Charity Estates, and the manner and time
in and at which the same shall be paid, and the class of persons
amongst whom the same shall be distributed. Camberwell
