One half of this dividend—£1 10s.—is paid to a Charity
School nominated yearly by the Charity Distribution Committee,
and the other half carried to the General Fund
handed over to that Committee.
PINCHBACK'S GIFT.
Mrs. Pinchback bequeathed by Will the sum of £100 to
the Vicar and Churchwardens of Camberwell, "the interest
to be laid out in Bread, and distributed to the Poor at the
Parish Church of St. Giles, Camberwell, on the second Sunday
in each month." This sum was, in the year 1844,
invested in the purchase of £100 5s. Old South Sea
Annuities.
The dividends of this sum are appropriated according
to the Will of the Testatrix as a special gift.
By a resolution of the Trustees, dated 20th May, 1853
this Stock, together with Arnot's Gift, before described, were
converted into £220 5s. 6d, New Two and a Half Per Cent
Annuities.
NOYES' CHA11ITY.
By Will, dated 31st March, 180C, Mr. Edward Noyes,
Jun., gave and bequeathed £300 Three Per Cent. Reduced
Annuities," the proceeds to be given in Bread to poor persons
of the Parish of Camberwell, who shall neither be maintained
or relieved thereby, on Christmas Day and the 21st February
(Testator's birthday)."
The dividends, £9 per annum, belong to the Special
Gifts, and are applied according to the Will of the Testator.

On this land eight dwelling houses have been erected nd a workshop at rear, and held as follows:—
