5. Date and Character of subsequent alterations (if any) in Foundation.The following important amendments were made by the Scheme of 18th August, 1882. Sect. 3. Name to be Dulwich College. „ 29. Foundation Scholars abolished. „ 39. Sub-Sect. 2. An additional capital sum not exceeding £4,000 to be paid to College Governors for Dulwich College. „ 40. Sub-Sect. 7. £4,000 annually to be paid by Estates Governors. „ 59. Dulwich College and Endowments to be administered by College Governors. „ 77. Head Master's fixed annual stipend of £200, also from each boy a further or capitation payment at rate of £4 a head up to 200 ; £3 up to 400; £2 above that number. „ 78. Boarders may be received by Assistant Masters. „ 19. Entrance Fees not more than £3 a head ; tuition tees not less than £20, and not more than £30 per annum.(See also No. 1.) By the Scheme dated ?? August, 1882, the follow?? very important amend ments?? made :—The above provision for the Lower School are ?? pealed and the 3rd Sec. prov?? that it shall be named Alley School, and under Sec. 37 ?? Estates Governors are to p?? vide a suitable site within ?? access of Camber well; by ?? 39 ; Sub-Sec. (3), a capital su of £12,000 is to be paid College Governors for purpos of Alleyn's School, by Ame?? ing Scheme of 29th November 1889, this sum is increased ?? 2,000. Scheme 1882 (continue??
