Mem.—Owners whose property is affected by the change
of numbers, &c., are informed that they can obtain certified
copies of the orders so made [on printed forms, with extracts
from plans as a means of identifying the old and
new numbers of the houses, for a small fee, upon application
to the London County Council, Spring Gardens.
