Clause 11.—Removal of Tramways:—This work and the
restoration of the roadwork to be carried out within
three months of the passing of the Act of Abandonment.
Clause 15—16.—Repeal of Prohibitory Clauses, relating to
the widening of Rye lane, and also as to the junction
of the proposed Rye lane Tramway, with the present
existing Tramway in High street, Peckham, and powers
to arrange with existing Tramway Company at that
place for making such junction.
Clause 19.—Powers to authorize contributions by Metropolitan
Board of Works, the Vestry, and Tramway
Company towards the cost of alterations and improvements
in Rye lane, &c.
Clause 20.—Change of name of Company to 'London,
Camber well, and Dulwich Tramways' Company.'
