The principal cause of the large amount of Repair now
required arises from the Ragstone used in the construction of
the several Buildings having been of very inferior quality.
The Report deals fully with all the matters now
requiring attention.
The retiring Members arc Mr. Lyon, Mr. Turney, and
Mr. Gudgeon, who are all eligible for re-election.
