and all necessary legal proceedings to compel
payment of the respective contributions in arrear
are now pending. In consequence of the large
proportion of vacant land, great difficulty and delay
has been caused in ascertaining the parties chargeable
therewith.

Plans and Sections have been submitted to the
Vestry for the following proposed Sewers which
being approved were submitted to the Metropolitan
Board of Works for sanction as required by statute.
The works when carried out by the applicants
are supervised by the officers of the Vestry.
