The following are the Bequests under the Will of
the late Robert Alexander Gray, Esquire.
Will dated 15th December, 1868.
As to Bequest for Warm Clothing for Poor.
"To the Minister and Churchwardens
of the Parish of Camberwell, the sum of
Five Hundred Pounds, to be invested in
their names at their discretion; and the Income
thereof to be applied in the purchase
of Warm Clothing for the Poor of the Parish
who are not receiving Parochial Relief."
The above Bequest of £500 has been laid out
in the purchase of £517 9s. 3d. Consolidated £$
per Cent. Annuities, and has been transferred into
the name of "The Official Trustees of Charitable
Funds," pursuant to the provisions of the Charitable
Trust Amendment Act, 1855. The sum has been
entered to the Account of the Charity in the Books,
at the Office of the Charity Commission, Whitehall,
