The Companies contract to light, clean, and
keep in repair all the Lamps as above mentioned.
FORMATION OF NEW STREETS.
In accordance with the provisions of the
Metropolis Management Acts, and the Bye-laws of
the Metropolitan Board, Plans and Sections for the
formation of nine New Streets were referred by the
Metropolitan Board for the opinion of this Vestry.
The same were reported upon by the Surveyor, and
the Vestry decided to recommend the Board to
approve four applications, comprising eight streets
and to decline to approve the other. The Board
in each case adopted the Vestry's recommendation.
