As far as this Parish is concerned this proposed
Railway follows the same course as referred to in
the two preceding Schemes.
The same objectionable Crossings are also
here suggested, and must be similarly dealt with
and opposed.
In the consideration of these several Bills for
r
Tramways and Railways it will be the duty of the
Metropolitan Board of Works to enforce the necessary
Clauses for the maintenance of all public
rights, lines of Frontage, width of Roads, heights
and erection of Bridges, &c., &c.
In respect to some of these Bills it may also be
necessary to consult the Frontagers who may consider
that the construction of the proposed works
