In the following cases in laying out roads on new
Properties, the plans and Sections of the proposed
Sewers were deposited by the various owners, and
carefully examined, and where necessary, modified
by your Surveyor, who reported upon the same to
your Committee. Upon the approval of the Vestry
being given, the plans were, as required by the
Metropolitan Local Management Act, submitted to
the Metropolitan Board of Works for their sanction,
and upon this being given and notified to the
Vestry, permission was eventually granted to the
