FORMATION OF NEW STREETS.
The Metropolitan Board of Works has consulted
the Yestry upon 19 applications for sanction to the
formation of 27 New Streets within this Parish. Each
application having been examined into and reported
upon by the Surveyor, the Vestry recommended 13,
and disapproved 6. In all these cases the Metropolitan
Board of Works adopted the Vestry's recommendation.
LINES OF FRONTAGE, PROJECTIONS, &c., &c.
The Metropolitan Board of Works also submitted
for the opinion of the Vestry 68 applications for
Lines of Frontage, Projections, tfcc. Each case was
examined and reported upon by the Surveyor; the
Vestry recommended 37, and disapproved of 31 of
these cases. The Metropolitan Board of Works
subsequently notified its approval of 36, and disapproval
of 32 cases.
In all approved cases, upon the works being
carried out, supervision has been given thereto by the
Vestry Officers
