possible to clear away (and that partially) at intermittent
points of the Thoroughfares, the rest being carefully kept
heaped up at the Roadsides awaiting the thaw. When the
thaw took place the whole went off gradually, and no
floodings occurred.

DIVERSIONS OF PUBLIC ROADS AND FOOTPATHS
Goose Green.—Road diverted from centre of
Green to South side of same. (In hand.)
Dulwich Footpaths from Lordship Lane to
Dulwich Village, and New Roads formed in lieu
thereof.
Croxted Lane.—Partial Diversion of ancient
Footpath, as last.
Denmark Hill.-Footpath at rear of "Fox" P.H.
Mem.—These have been all carried out in accordance
with the approval of the Vestry, and under the
order of the Magistrates.
