ways in a portion of the Camberwell Road from
Boundary Lane towards Camberwell Green, as far as
the narrow way, your Committee resolved to adopt
the Recommendation of the Surveyor, that the
Margins should also be granite paved simultaneously
with the Tramway repair, and the Vestry accepted
the Tender of Messrs. Mowlem and Co., of Millbank,
for the work. It is now being rapidly proceeded
with, and when completed, will be found to be a
satisfactory and economical improvement.
LINES of STREETS and BUILDING FRONTAGES,
NEW STREETS, PROJECTIONS, &c.
The Metropolitan Board of Works having submitted
for the consideration of the Vestry,
75 Applications for the Formation of New Streets,
Lines of Building Frontages, Projections, These were in each case examined into and reported
upon to the Vestry, and where the Board gave their
sanction to the execution of the respective works,
the necessary supervision was made thereto by the
Vestry Officers.
