In presenting my Quarterly Report, I have
to remark that I have made analyses of fifty-five
articles, and of these, twenty seven consisted of
Milks.
There is a distinct retrogression in the character
of milk, and this I attribute to the irregularity in
obtaining samples, and the long intervals at the end
of each quarter.
