Inspector Fraser, in the beginning of April, 1866,
was, very much to my personal regret but doubtless for
the benefit of the Parish, appointed Superintendent of
the Dusting of the Parish, and thus, though still
retaining the title and post of Sanitary Inspector, was
removed from all ordinary sanitary duties, and, consequently,
very little sanitary work is put to his credit
