VESTRY OF ST. GILES, CAMBERWELL
To the General Purposes Committee.
The time having arrived when you are advising

the Vestry as to the Financial requirements for
works for the ensuing year, I avail myself of the
opportunity to draw your attention to several
matters, which, I am of opinion, should receive
your early consideration, in order to effect a great
convenience to the Public Traffic in the use of
both the Foot and Carriage-ways of the Parish.
