Vouchers of the current year, as we invariably found
them lying about in the Office or placed in such
situations as would leave them open to be taken away
or to be destroyed by fire, should such an accident
happen to the Vestry Hall, and we feel convinced that
the loss of such important documents would involve
the Vestry and Ratepayers in incalculable difficulty
and trouble, which could be easily avoided by a very
moderate outlay.
