The late Dr. Massey's Estate, leading out of Kimpton Road.
Allison Grove Estate, Dulwich Common.
Peckham Rye Estate (W. Side), adjoining Barry Road.
Camberwell Grove Estate (late the site of Grammar School).
May's Estate, Colby Road, Gipsy Hill.
Azenby Square Estate, Lyndhurst Road.
Moore Park Estate (part of), rear of Wood Vale, Dulwich.
British Land Company's Estate (part of), Belvoir Street

Dragon Road, St. George's Road.
The Metropolitan Board of Works have, during
the past year, reconstructed and lowered the Main
Sewer in the Camberwell Road, from near the
Wyndham Road to and along Denmark Hill, joining
the same at Cold Harbour Lane.
Also have constructed a new Main Sewer along
Half-Moon Lane, Dulwich, from the "Half-Moon"
Public House to the foot of Red Post Hill, and
continuing along the High Road (removing the
Vestry Sewer in the latter Road) to the Main Effra
Branch of the High Level Sewer at the Old Burial
Ground, Dulwich.
