SPECIFIC FEBRILE OR ZYMOTIC DISEASE.
The total number of deaths from this group of diseases was 581,
nearly eighteen per cent, of the total deaths from all causes. Of
these deaths 248 were amongst young children under five years of
age, 133 of whom were infants.
