Somo of the Pickers are occasionally put on to assist at Ground
Work; and also, in cases of emergency, are added to the Sweepers
gangs. During snowstorms ail the men (with the exception of
Flushers and the men belonging to the Sanitary Department are
engaged in removing the snow.
