FEVERS
(Decennial average, 41.6).
The various forms of continued Fever caused 31 deaths, a
number almost identical with that recorded in the previous year.
Enteric Fever caused 28 deaths, and Typhus three.
Three hundred and twenty-three cases of the various forms of
Fever, including Scarlet Fever, were reported to us during the
year; 206 were removed to Hospital, of those 30 died, 118 reooverod,
and 73 were still under treatment at the end of the year.
In the following Table, is shewn the number and kind of the
various infectious cases, reported to us during the year, month
by month, and the termination of the Hospital cases is also
indicated.
