TO MICHAELMAS, 1886.
Analytical Laboratory,
Vestry Hall, Harrow Road, W.,
October 4th, 1886.
To the Vestry of the Parish of St. Matthew, Betiinal Green.
Chairman and Gentlemen,—In accordance with the requirements
of the "Food and Drugs Adulteration Act" and "Local
Government Board," I forward you my Report for the quarter ending
September 29th, 1886.
During that quarter no samples were submitted to me by your
Inspectors, hence no analyses were made.
I would suggest that should you be forwarding any samples
during the new quarter it would be well to send them, if convenient,
early in the quarter, so that cases of prosecution arising from them
may be concluded in time for the quarterly returns.
I have the honour to be, Gentlemen,
Your obedient servant,
ALF. W. STOKES,
Public Analyst.
