NEW PART ST. JOHN STREET.
The Vestry have, at the request and cost of the Great Eastern
Railway Company, formed the new street (being the authorised
diversion of tho western part of the street), with proper paving-,
drains, &c.
SCARLET FEVER.
During the prevalence last autumn of scarlet fever, the Fever
Hospital in Liverpool road became full. The Vestry to provide
against a probable necessity arranged with the Poplar Board of Works
to appropriate for this parish in the Poplar Hospital, six beds, for
six months, on payment of £3G, and for each case £4 4s.; to include
medical and other attendance, and food. Happily there was not
occasion to send any case to the Hospital.
FOURNIER'S CHARITY.
The following were the thirteen candidates who were elected, and
received tho gift of £10 each:—

LEVERINGTON CHARITY.
Tho thirty-six surviving qualified recipients of last year were elected
recipients for this year. To make the number of forty, there were
elected by ballot the persons following:—
