case put in, showing that it would be possible to arrange a small shed in
such manner as to comply with this requirement. The buildings were in
both cases incomplete, but the licences were granted conditionally; that
is to say, that the requirements of the Vestry were to be complied with,
and that the licences were not to be handed over without a certificate from
the Medical Officer of Health to the effect that the necessary work had
been completed.
