The investments remained unaltered until all the original Trustees, but Mr. Jennery,
were dead, and Mr. Jennery then, in pursuance of an arrangement with the Vestry,
transferred the funds to the official Trustees of the Charity Commission. When the
transfer by him was made it was arranged that the official Trustees should transmit the
dividends to an account at the Union Bank, of the Minister, Churchwardens, and
Overseers.
Every year a letter, with the signature of the Churchwardens and Overseers, is sent to
the Union Bank, and the letter also advises the Bank of the amount for which a cheque
is to be drawn.
The cheque is made payable to the order of the Senior Churchwarden, and is handed
to him when signed by the Rector, the other Churchwardens, and the Overseers.

2.—That all candidates should attend for examination before a Committee of the
whole Vestry, but if any candidate be physically incapable of attending,
such candidate shall be examined by a Sub-Committee, to be appointed by the
Committee of the whole Vestry.
3.—Your Committee have considered the mode of voting, and the mode of application
by candidates, and also the subject of giving public notice inviting candidates,
