In consequence of the Precepts from the Metropolitan Board of Works becoming due in March and in June, it has been resolved to
change from Lady-day to Michaelmas the time for making the Annual Payment of 4 per cent, on the amount of the Mortgages. Notice has
been given of the intention of the Vestry to pay off, at Michaelmas, 1862, two of the Mortgages, of the respective amounts of £1000 and £400.
