OUTWORKERS
The occupier of every factory or contractor employed by any such occupier
in the business of the factory is required to submit to the local authority
during February and August in each year, a list showing all the outworkers
employed by him during the previous six months.
FACTORIES ACT, 1961
Details of inspections carried out in accordance with Sections 1 - 7 of the Factories Act, 1961, are set out in the table overleaf.
