BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS
Bacteriological examinations were undertaken by the Bacteriological
Laboratory of the Medical Research Council which is accommodated at County
Hall.

TUBERCULOSIS
Notifications Fourteen cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and five of
non-pulmonary tuberculosis were notified during 1964 compared with 13 pulmonary
and 4 non-pulmonary notifications in 1963. The following table gives the age
grouping of new cases notified.
