PHARMACY AND POISONS ACT 1933. SECTION 18 (Prohibitions and Regulations
with respect to sale of poisons) enacts that except in the case of an author
ised seller of poisons selling from premises duly registered under Part I of
the Act, no person shall sell any poison included in Part II of the Poisons
List unless his name is entered in a local authority s list of sellers of such
poisons, The names of 113 persons and the addresses of their business premises
were entered in the authority's register for the sale of Part II poisons at
