Pursuant to Sections 16 and 18, the Council in lieu of making Closing
Orders accepted undertakings to make the undermentioned rooms or parts of
premises fit for human habitation -
46'Alkham Road - Basement front room.
176 Lower Clapton Road - Part of premises comprising the ground floor back
addition room.
178 Lower Clapton Road - Basement front room.
Undertakings relating to the following were cancelled, the work having
been carried out satisfactorily -
46 Alkham Road - Basement front room.
41 Victoria Park Road - Basement front, back and back addition rooms.
An Undertaking not to use for human habitation accepted in respect of the
basement front and back rooms of 115, Evering Road was cancelled, the rooms
concerned having been rendered fit for habitation.
SECTION 27 (Closing Orders - general provisions). Closing Orders made in
respect of the undermentioned rooms and houses were determined, the owners
having carried out the work necessary to render them fit for human habitation -
144 Amhurst Road - Basement front room and basement back left-hand
room.
40 Benthal Road - Basement front room,
116 Cazenove Road - Basement front left-hand room and basement back
left and right-hand rooms.
82 Durley Road - Semi-basement front room.
93 Lansdowne Drive - Part of premises comprising three rooms on the
first floor - North. Centre (Kitchen) and South
rooms and all appurtenances thereto.
10 Lenthall Road - Basement front and back rooms.
1 Oswald Street - Basement front and back rooms.
266 Stamford Hill - Entrance, first and second floors except insofar
as it relates to the entrance floor front room,
2 Stamford Road - Basement front left and right-hand rooms.
67 Templar Road - Whole house.
343 Victoria Park Road - Basement front, middle and back rooms.
345 Victoria Park Road - Basement front, middle and back rooms.
22 Wilderton Road Former basement front left and right-hand rooms.
Approval was granted for the use, as indicated, of the undermentioned rooms
which are the subject of Closing Orders:-
29 Alconbury Road - Basement front room - storage of personal furniture
and chattels.
144 Amhurst Road - Basement back addition room - bathroom.
40 Benthal Road - Basement back room - Kitchen/bathroom.
146 Clapton Common - Basement back inner room, the basement back outer
room and the basement back addition room
storage of personal furniture and chattels.
13A Clapton Square - Basement front room - storage of personal goods
and chattels and as a workroom for the owner.
Basement back room - wash-house for the owner/
occupier s own use.
62 Clarence Mews - Ground Floor back and back addition rooms - Storage
purposes in connection with the clothing business
carried on at 60, Clarence Road.
