HOMICIDE AND OPERATIONS OF WAR Details of the one death classified under
this heading is as follows:-
Age Cause of Death
Male 32 Extradural haematoma due to fractured skull. Defendant
convicted of manslaughter.

CORONARY DISEASE ANGINA PECTORIS. Deaths classified under this cause group totalled 407 or 20.13 per cent of the total deaths for the year. There were 392 deaths from this disease in 1962 and 317 in 1961. Comparative death rates per 1,000 population over the last ten years are as follows:-
