PHARMACY AND MEDICINES ACT,. 1941. The provisions of this Act which a local
authority has power to enforce, relate to the prohibition of the publication
of advertisements concerning certain diseases, to the prohibition of the
publication of any advertisement relating to abortion and to the disclosure of
certain information as to the composition of medicines.
