Pursuant to Sections 16 and 18, the Council in lieu of making Closing
Orders accepted undertakings to make the undermentioned rooms or parts of
premises fit for human habitation:-

82 Durley Road - Part of premises comprising the semi-basement
front room,
93 Lansdowne Drive - Part of premises comprising three rooms on the
first floor - North, Centre (kitchen) and South
rooms, and all appurtenances thereto.
41 Victoria Park Road - Basement front, back and back addition rooms.
An undertaking not to use for sleeping purposes accepted in respect of
42, Wetherell Road was cancelled, the room concerned having been rendered fit
for habitation.
SECTION 27 (Closing Orders - general provisions). Closing Orders made
in respect of the undermentioned rooms and houses were determined, the owners
having carried out the work necessary to render them fit for human habitation:-
