To the Board of Works for the Hackney District.
Gentlemen,
In my two last Reports I have given a
considerable amount of information from the Census Tables
respecting the changes in the population, the average of land
and water, the ecclesiastical districts, and many other matters. I
now propose laying before you some other tables which are taken
from the two last volumes.
The first Table shows the relative numbers of the male and
female population in England, London, and Hackney, at different
ages, commencing with the numbers living under five years of
age, and thence in decennial periods up to 95 and upwards.
