inspected a very large number of premises on whioh nuisances
existed, in the majority of which it was not necessary to take
proceedings before the Police Courts.
In conclusion, I desire to state my satisfaction with the
manner in which all the Inspectors have performed their duties,
and carried out my special directions, in cases which have
occurred under unusual circumstances.
