4. In company with your Medical Officer a large number of
house to house inspections has been made and reported thereon
to you.
5. In company with Dr. Young, one of the Assistant Medical
Officers of the London County Council, a large number of house
to house inspections was made, and the Council's report was
dealt with by you.
6. In cases where owners refused to do the Sanitary wort
required by the notices served on them, summonses were issued
and Magistrates' orders obtained and penalties imposed.
7. The bake-houses, cow-houses, and slaughter-houses, have
been periodically visited, and found in a fair and clean condition.
