21. All the highways, streets, and roads within the Parish,
about 12 miles, have been, thoroughly swept and repaired with
metalling of suitable kind, according to the respective localities.
The margins along the tramways Woolwich Road are repaired
with granite, and are very costly to maintain. The following is
the quantity of materials put upon the roads during the year:—
