I have examined the several accounts of which the foregoing is the Balance Sheet, and I have compared the several payments
credited to the Treasurer with the vouchers, and I do hereby certify the entries appear to be correct and legal, and that, subject to
the explanation below, the balances of the Treasurer's Account, namely £7722 2s. 1d., on the Current Account, and £239 8s. 7d.
on the Loan Account agree with the balances which by the Treasurer's own books, appear to have been in his hands at the time of
closing such Accounts, and I find from the information laid before me, that the amount of the outstanding Liabilities of the Board of
Management at the time was 39001 1s.
